Protective Style Prep Natural hair is awesome, but I don't always feel like waking up 30mins early to take down a twist out or doctor up whatever style I smushed in my sleep! In comes protective styles: they make your hair hassle free or lower maintenance, protect your tresses from damage & switch up your look. Some naturals don't try do protective styles because they don't like not being able to wash their hair for a longer period or time or they're worried their curls won't bounce back.
