5 Reasons to Stay Fit During Fall
Ladies, I know you'll all pretty much agree when I say the Summer of 2015 is OVER. Now before you get all technical about it, I know that summer doesn't officially end until September 22, but from what I can see all the signs point to it being just about gone. You know the signs I'm talking about, you can feel a slight chill in the air, school buses and kiddie carpools have taken over the morning commute and most importantly, you've magically put on a few pounds. At the beginning of the summer, we were all pretty much dead-set on having a perfect bodies.
