So there's this new rapper that's blowing up everywhere named Trinidad James & I have no idea what to make of him. My lil brother told me about him, showed me his video & I was so enthralled, to say the least, by his appearance that I barely paid attention to the music. I'm not that into sneakers -I'll look at em but I'm not paying $150+ for shoes that I know wont be worn for their purpose i.e. Jordans that never see a basketball court! Nope, not I! Yesterday history was made AGAIN!!!! 4 years ago President Barack Obama made history as the first African American President of the United States, and last night he did it again by getting reelected in what some saw as an unexpected victory!! For me, this years election was completely different than four years ago. Back then I was in college watching the results in a dorm with my friends, however, this time around I was at work directing our local newscast. Happier Than You Know . . .

I'm not one to talk about my problems, things that are bothering me or things I've overcome, but something told me I needed to share this with you guys. On this day last year, around 10pm I put my life in danger and not for the thrill of trick or treating. I have no reason to lie to y'all so here goes: I was hanging out with some friends at a bar downtown, got a lil tipsy but I was good! Well with the temps dropping & days getting shorter why not do a seasonal evaluation? At your job they log your progress to decide if you'll get a promotion or some other type of reward so you should rate your performance to see if your being the best (insert name here) that you can be!
