Our hair does amazing things & there are so many textures, colors and types! “Black hair” encompasses a VERY broad spectrum so people, expand your mind beyond that teeny tiny box that says it’s either weave or it’s nappy.

I went to bed with my hair twisted, plaited, knotted, rolled or contorted some kind of way & more than likely it was not cute. lol! Believe Beyonce if you want, I did not wake up like this!
Natural hair is expensive! How do you keep up with all this?
It’s actually about the same. The difference is you thought having natural hair was just going to be easy when in fact, it’s still maintenance & you’re still spending money
