With everyone working and having busy hectic schedules, we tend to forget about our hands! This is definitely not intentional. We wash our hands so many times a day but majority of people don’t use hand cream after doing so.

We need to treat our hands like Royalty! They are our best friends and are doing what we need to do, every day without complaining! Not that they can speak but imagine if they could! Help me… I need some cream please or she’s forgotten to use the hand cream again!

Nowadays you can buy a travel size hand cream so there are no excuses of not being able to carry it, it’s too big and heavy, I’m afraid it might leak in my bag or my bag is too small. The caps on the tubs/sachets/bottle can be fastened on quite tight so they won’t leak. If you have a mobile phone holder inside your bag, you can always keep it up straight and it will ease your mind.

I like to buy the small size and keep the bigger size by my bed so every night; it reminds me to put my hand cream on. Also when you wake up in the morning, it’s usually staring me in the face! I do like to buy a few so I have them dotted all around the house… it’s great! My Fiancé has not gotten in the routine of applying hand cream… I knew he would copy me eventually!

Now the season is changing, be sure to exfoliate your body. Your body has probably been on show for most of the Summer and now it’s going to be covered up in the colder weather. Don’t think that because it’s now covered up, you don’t have to exfoliate! Exfoliation isn’t just about summertime. Your skin needs pampering all year round!

Ladies, I know you’ll all pretty much agree when I say the Summer of 2015 is OVER. Now before you get all technical about it, I know that summer doesn’t officially end until September 22, but from what I can see all the signs point to it being just about gone. You know the signs I’m talking about, you can feel a slight chill in the air, school buses and kiddie carpools have taken over the morning commute and most importantly, you’ve magically put on a few pounds. 

At the beginning of the summer, we were all pretty much dead-set on having a perfect bodies. However by the end of the summer it was obvious the majority of us chose to forgo fitness in favor of food, friends and fun. The scary part about this is that if we continue on this way, by the end of the year (especially after feasting on all the amazing holiday food) we may be so far removed from our fitness goals that we won’t even be able to dream about fitting into a bathing suit next summer.
Here’s five reasons why you should keep your summer workout routine going into fall.
Get Better Sleep
Don’t you try to deny it, we both know you partied pretty hard this summer and there’s no judgement over here because so did I.After being on the go nonstop for about three solid months, it should come as no surprise that your sleep schedule is a bit off and you may be feeling a bit more tired than usual.
Exercise will not only help you fall asleep faster, but will also improve the quality of your sleep. My only advice is that you refrain from exercising a few hours before bed because it stimulates your body in a way that may actually prevent you from getting a good night’s sleep.

Being just a few days away from Labor Day, it’s safe to say the Summer is coming to an end.
That’s right ladies prepare to say goodbye to your bikinis and booty shorts and hello to sexy sweaters and leggings.
As we head into fall our skimpy wardrobes and beautiful beach days won’t be the only things we miss.
It doesn’t matter what your skin tone is like there’s just something about the summertime that brings out the glowing Goddess is in ALL of us.

Beautiful Skin Comes From Within 
The best way to make sure you get that perfect Summer glow all year round is by eating a diet rich in the vitamins and minerals proven to promote healthy skin and one of those vitamins is none other than Vitamin E.

There’s a lot of mixed information out there about waist training. So much so that you can find articles to support whatever side you take on this topic. I know, I did my “research” before purchasing 2 waist clinchers and a waist trimmer. But which side is right?

What I’ve found is that it’s ALL true! I don’t have X-ray’s to claim that my organs were affected but after consistently wearing my smaller waist cincher my ribs were always sore. However it helped my posture tremendously and I did lose inches around my waist. So which do you listen too?

Well first understand that no matter how many cinchers, trimmers, lifters, miracle wraps you use, nothing will change unless you make a lifestyle change. That means eating healthier & being active for at least 30mins a day.

Ladies I wish we could all just cut the bullshit! Stop with the excuses, the denial & the short cuts! No one is trying to make you a size 2, skinny women aren’t the devil and having “more to love” won’t be so cute when your joints start failing in your 40’s!

There’s no magic pill/ shake/ apparatus! These things exist to make money off of people focused on instant gratification! Remember nothing will work unless YOU do! Both cinchers and trimmers can be effective if used responsibly. They are an enhancer to achieve results for a problem area (you can buy trimmers for your arms & thighs as well). However if all you’re doing is putting it on a few hours a day then you’ll see some changes BUT you’re just temporarily shifting the body fat. Prime example is a muffin top -it’s created because the waist band of the pants are too tight. The person doesn’t gain a smaller waist, the fat just moved to another place. So yeah, you’ll have an hourglass figure with it on but the time spent not wearing the waist trainer your body is readjusting to its previous form. You’re basically be taking 2 steps forward and one step back when you could skip all that and just make healthier lifestyle choices!

Now don’t think I’m bashing either the waist cincher or waist trimmer. I’ve used them both and have been active & inactive in both. I no longer wear the cincher but you won’t catch me at the gym without my trimmer! I’ve seen real results because I put in real work!

At the end of the day you’re going to wear what you want, call yourself whatever you want… just don’t end up like her. I think we all can agree she looks a hot ass mess! I can only hope she did this on purpose to prove a point… but I doubt it.

Speaking of, butt lifters & pads are dumb so please don’t waist your money on them. To me it’s like the equivalent of a water bra -cute with clothes on but you can’t fool them forever!
